At DriveePros, we stand behind the accuracy and thoroughness of every pre-purchase inspection we perform. Our certified technicians follow a comprehensive process — including full ECU scan, test drive, and wheel-off checks — to give you a clear picture of the vehicle’s condition.
Our Guarantee:
The inspection report reflects the condition of the vehicle at the time of the inspection.
If our inspection misses a major mechanical or safety issue that should have been identified, we will:
Offer a free follow-up inspection, or
Refund the inspection fee, at our discretion.
Important Notes:
This guarantee covers issues that could reasonably have been detected during the inspection. It does not cover problems that develop after the inspection or that were hidden or intentionally concealed.
The guarantee applies only to vehicles inspected by DriveePros and does not extend to vehicle performance, warranties, or future repairs.
This guarantee ensures that our customers can make an informed purchase decision with confidence, knowing that our inspection is accurate, thorough, and trustworthy.
Test Drive & Inspection Requirements
For the safety of our technicians and compliance with Alberta law, DriveePros cannot perform test drives on vehicles without proof of valid registration and insurance.
Requirements for Vehicle Test Drives:
The vehicle must be actively registered with the appropriate Alberta license plates.
The vehicle must have current and valid insurance covering the vehicle for road use.
DriveePros technicians may refuse to perform a test drive if registration or insurance documentation is not provided.
Important Notes:
This requirement ensures that all inspections and test drives are fully legal and safe, protecting both the customer and our technicians.
DriveePros is not responsible for any penalties, fines, or damages arising from a test drive performed on an unregistered or uninsured vehicle.
If the customer cannot provide valid registration and insurance, the inspection will proceed without a test drive, and the report will note that the vehicle was not road-tested.
By scheduling a pre-purchase inspection with DriveePros, you acknowledge and agree to provide all necessary documentation for any test drives to be conducted as part of the inspection process.
